Terms

About these terms

BambooSMP is a community-run Minecraft server. It is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

By joining the server, using this website or buying from the store, you agree to these terms and to the server rules. If you do not agree, please do not play or buy.

Playing on the server

• Playing is free. Nothing in the store is needed to play.
• Staff enforce the rules with warnings, mutes and bans. Access to the server is at our discretion, and we can remove anyone who breaks the rules.
• You are responsible for what happens on your Minecraft account, so keep it secure.

Store purchases

• Tebex is the seller. Payments are taken by Tebex Limited, which sells the item to you and handles billing and refunds. Your purchase is also covered by theTebex checkout terms andTebex privacy policy, which you accept at checkout. We deliver the item in game.
• You must be 16 or older to buy, which is Tebex's own requirement. If you are under 18, get permission from the parent or guardian who pays the bill first.
• Check the username. Purchases are delivered to the Minecraft account named at checkout. We cannot always move a purchase that was sent to the wrong name.

What you are buying

• Coins and everything bought with them are virtual items for use on BambooSMP only. You get permission to use them in game; you do not own them.
• They have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, and they may not be sold or traded for real money or for anything outside the server.
• Nothing sold gives a combat or progression advantage over other players.

Refunds

• Purchases are final unless the law where you live says otherwise.
• Delivery starts within minutes of paying. Under the Tebex checkout terms, the 14-day right to cancel that some countries give for online purchases ends once delivery has started.
• If something you paid for did not arrive, open a ticket in Discord with your transaction ID and we will put it right.
• Refund requests for the payment itself go toTebex checkout support.
• A mute or ban for breaking the rules does not entitle you to a refund.

Chargebacks

If there is a problem with a purchase, talk to us first; we would rather fix it. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead results in a permanent ban and the removal of the items from that purchase.

Changes to the server

• The server changes over time. Features, items, prices and how things are balanced can be changed or removed.
• If we retire something you paid for, we will try to offer a fair in-game replacement, but we cannot promise one.
• The server can be offline for maintenance or problems, and it may close one day. Past purchases are not refunded if that happens.

If something goes wrong

• The server and this website are provided as they are, by a small team, without guarantees that they will always be available or free of bugs.
• Items or progress can be lost to bugs, rollbacks or other players. Staff will try to restore what the logs can prove, but we are not liable for such losses.
• Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and bigger changes are announced in Discord. Continuing to play or buy after a change means you accept it.
