Join on Java Edition
You need Minecraft Java Edition 26.2.
Open Minecraft and click Multiplayer.
Click Add Server. Type BambooSMP as the name and play.bamboosmp.com as the address, then click Done.
Pick BambooSMP from the list and click Join Server.
Join on Bedrock Edition
Open Minecraft, click Play and open the Servers tab.
Scroll down and click Add Server.
Type BambooSMP as the name, play.bamboosmp.com as the address and 19132 as the port, then save and join.
Your name shows with a dot in front, like .YourGamertag, so nobody can take over a Java player's name. Spaces in your gamertag become underscores. Use that name when you vote or buy something from the store.
Your first ten minutes
- You land at spawn. Read the signs, then walk out and find a spot you like.
- Place a chest where you build and a small claim protects it straight away. The land claims guide has the rest.
- After 30 minutes of play there's a welcome pack waiting in /rewards.
- Say hi in chat, and join the Discord if you want to find people to build with.
